CRA Careers - Culture

Culture & Values

  • Make your mark at CRA

Diligence, attention to detail, and thoroughness will get you noticed; however, if you want to stand out, you’ll need an entrepreneurial spirit. Some of our most successful initiatives began with ideas from consultants across the firm. A junior level consultant recently developed a new mapping software for our clients, receiving a CRA Innovation Grant. CRA’s volunteer committee, junior class council and Go Green initiative were started by junior staff. You are encouraged to follow through on your ideas and contribute to our culture of intellectual curiosity, collegiality, and academic rigor.

How will you make your mark at CRA?

  • Alumni network
Connects alumni with recent news and provides a forum for discussion and networking with employees.
  • Social committee
Organizes and promotes social activities within local offices to build relationships amongst colleagues outside of project work.
  • Junior class council

  • Innovation grant

  • Wellness initiative
A comprehensive program providing employees with opportunities that encourage physical, financial, and career health.
  • Pro bono work
