Janice H. Halpern
Dr. Janice H. Halpern has extensive experience in antitrust and industrial organization, applied microeconomics, intellectual property, damages, and labor economics.
Her industry expertise includes music copyrights and other intellectual property; platform industries (e.g., credit cards, airline global reservation systems); and consumer and industrial products. Dr. Halpern has supervised numerous studies that were submitted to antitrust authorities, regulatory agencies, and federal courts. She has also published articles on social security and lost profits damages.
Prior to joining CRA, Dr. Halpern was a managing director and principal with Navigant Economics. Before Navigant, she was Chief Operating Officer and Senior Economist with Leaf Group LLC, a senior vice president at Lexecon Inc., and an economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.
