Mr. Pavel Nikolov has an extensive background in financial analysis, valuation, solvency, and damages.

His litigation and regulatory experience includes matters related to fraudulent conveyance, bankruptcy, breach of fiduciary duty, insider trading, theft of trade secrets, alleged misstatements and omissions by management, various business combinations, and different post-merger disputes such as material adverse effects and unfair merger consideration.

Mr. Nikolov has worked with leading testifying and consulting experts.
