The New York City Economic Development Corporation, a City agency that acts as the chief energy policy advisors to the Bloomberg administration, hired CRA to develop a master electricity plan for New York City. In addition, we convened and ran a stakeholder process including the City of New York, New York State, New York ISO, NYPA, ConEd, PJM, Public Service Commission and others to help guide and inform the analysis.
