Empowering Future Leaders: CRA’s All-Access Scholarship

CRA All-Access

In our commitment to shaping a sustainable future, CRA’s inaugural Sustainability Report outlined a strategic focus on enhancing access to higher education. This pledge underpins our Community Advancement efforts, aiming to help address barriers for traditionally underserved communities.

Our dedication comes to life through the All-Access Initiative, a comprehensive approach designed to champion higher education access and diversity and inclusion in the fields of business, economics, and STEM. With a particular emphasis on supporting female students and those from underrepresented or socioeconomically challenged backgrounds, this initiative represents our commitment to fostering a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive professional landscape.

Announcing the 2024 All-Access Scholarship

The All-Access Scholarship, pivotal to this initiative, is annually awarded to outstanding students entering their junior year at university in the US or final year in the UK. This scholarship is a testament to CRA’s effort to support the talent pipeline within our industry, as well as a chance to spotlight potential future leaders.

Celebrating Our Inaugural Scholarship Recipients

We are thrilled to announce the 2023 recipients of the inaugural All-Access Scholarship, each of whom has demonstrated exceptional academic prowess and a commitment to their community:

  • Hala Al-Saidali, University of California-Davis
  • Rachel Labi, Purdue University
  • Mukamani Luchera, Lafayette College
  • Tchofor Nchang, St. Olaf College
  • Jawan Qura, University of Tennessee
  • Hiya Shah, Stanford University
  • Taryn Wilson, Eastern Illinois University
  • Devon Woodfine, California State Polytechnic University-Pomona

These remarkable students shared how the scholarship will significantly alleviate financial burdens, enabling them to concentrate fully on their academic and professional growth. Mukamani Luchera, for instance, highlighted the transformative impact of this support, enabling her to prioritize her education without the distraction of financial constraints.

“Coming from a single-parent, low-income household in Kenya, college seemed like a pipe dream. Because of the high cost of attending school, I’ve had to work several jobs to pay for my student loans. CRA’s All-Access Scholarship means so much to me because, for the first time, I will be able to focus just on my studies.”

– Mukamani Luchara,  Lafayette College
