In a class action alleging a conspiracy among Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, and Honda to restrict cross-border vehicle sales from the US to Canada, CRA’s experts issued a report rebutting the plaintiffs’ claim that these restrictions would only occur through conspiracy and discussed why there is no class-wide method to establish class member harm given the individualized nature of new vehicle purchases.
